Service Object
- According to the < Child and Youth Sexual Prevention Act> , after the declaration of the court,the child will be handed over to the organization in charge and arranged into a youth welfare organization or the youth's halfway house.
- According to the < The Law Governing the Disposition of Juvenile Cases>, after the declaration of the court, the adolescent will be handed over to the organization in charge and arranged into a suitable welfare or correction and educational consulting organization society.
